ExecuTrain is a Certified Testing Center for the following testing companies:
- Castle/Scantron
Most of the information about your test will be given to you directly through the testing companies. In fact, we are notified by the testing companies soon before you arrive to take a test with us. In the event you need help tracking down information about your test, please let us know. If you have multiple tests that you need to take, let us know before hand and we can make arrangements to section off the same testing station for you for as long as you need it. Our doors open at 8:00 am.
What to expect:
On the day of your test, we will have a testing center representative meet you in the lobby. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to set up your testing station for your test. We must follow the rules set forth from our Certified Testing Center authorities. You will be asked to read and agree to the testing center rules, sign an electronic signature pad and pose for a photo ID to complete your registration for your test. There are no personal items or class material allowed in the testing area. These must be left in your vehicle or locked up in one of our lockers before entering the testing room. Lockers will be provided for purses, wallets, jewelry and cell phones–in fact the only materials permitted in the testing room are those provided by us such as a calculator or scrap paper, and your locker key–everything else must be kept in the locker. All eyeglasses are subject for review before entering the testing room.
Once you have completed the registration process, you are all set to begin your test! Please be respectful for any other testers who might be testing at the same time as you! When you are in the testing room, we ask that you not talk or read testing material out loud. This is a form of sharing content to others and is against the rules given to us by the test providers. This can also be very distracting to other testers. (There are times where you could be the only one in the room–in these cases, we permit it!) All tests are proctored through video surveillance. Rules are put in place to ensure the integrity of the exam and to make sure everyone has the best chance of passing their tests. We want everyone to perform to the best of their abilities while they are here!
One important piece of information to remember. We are simply the mode of delivery for your test. We essentially provide the room and computer for you to take your test. Everything else regarding your exam should be done through your test provider. We are not associated with Pearson View or Castle in any other way. If you have concerns regarding the content of your test or the material you are tested on, please contact the actual testing company and speak with their representatives.
